Henry Williamson ✣ is a graphic designer based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.



⊹ Born and raised in Minnesota, I currently study at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. My work has been recognized by UW-Stout’s 2023-24 juried competition Best of Design gallery, with two of my submissions being displayed. During my time at MCAD, I work at DesignWorks—the school’s in-house design studio—creating identity systems for events around the school. 
⊹ When I’m out of the studio, you can find me in the thrift store searching for my next great find, discovering a new album to obsess over, or enjoying the outdoors. 
⊹  My practice is driven by an interest in design as a social and spatial force. Design touches all aspects of what I do; it is the way I orient myself and what I return to with most seriousness and joy. I’m drawn to projects as sites of obsession. My logic of structure becomes a language of attention. I’m constantly pushing my practice, always fighting to exceed my previous ideas and expectations. For me, design is not separate from living, it is the way I pay attention to the things around me.
